The New Year is an exciting time but often the excitement is short lived. We have such high hopes for all the changes we're going to make, but most often our hopes are crushed by someone who's very hard to defeat: OURSELVES!

YES. The OLD YOU you want to leave behind is the number 1 thing standing in the way of the NEW YOU you'd like to become and if you try to repress this OLD YOU it just seems to get stronger!

So I guess we should all just give up right?
